Mr. Asad Imran is the Director/Company Secretary at GAAINS. He has been with the company since its inception. He looks after Operations and Regulatory Affairs of the company. His academic qualifications consist of a degree in Bsc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University (UK). He is part qualified ACCA (UK). He holds five IFMP certifications namely, Certificate in Pakistan Market Regulations, Certificate in Fundamentals of Capital Markets, Certificate in Mutual Fund Distributor, Certificate in Financial Adviser and a Certificate in Equity, Fixed Income & Derivatives.
